Priscila Fletcher is an award-winning Customer Success Coach and the founder of Latinos in Success. Recognized as a 2024 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist, Priscila has over 11 years of experience in the tech industry. Originally from Brazil, she has called the United States home for more than 19 years, with New York as her base.
Priscila’s passion lies in building—whether it’s helping founders shape their business strategy and establish customer success departments or empowering individuals to grow in their careers. She is deeply driven by community, growth, and guiding customers through every stage of their journey, creating meaningful impact along the way.
